We had a great experience with Joe and Chris. He worked really hard so we could buy our first house and we are grateful. He made good connections with our seller's agent which helped us win the seller' over even though there were 3 better offers (and 7 worse offers than ours). He was patient and explained many aspects of the home-buying process and inspection process that we did not have any prior knowledge of. He gave us good advice on how to be competitive so we could get our house in an aggressive market. We also like Chris who showed the houses to us around St Paul. He brought knowledge about furnaces, heaters, fuse boxes, and features to look out for in the market. They were both very patient with us as we navigated our way in the market to find a good location to buy our first home.

Karla has been a brilliant partner and fantastically professional realtor during an unexpected house purchasing process. We went from "oh, let's fix up our house first and sell it" to finding our dream house after only looking at three! We had set up the algorithm, toured two houses, tweaked the algorithm, and literally the next house was the unicorn we didn't think existed. The seller's agent was, uhh, less than on top of things, the sellers were a disaster, and the TCF/Huntington bank merger caused no end of problems with the mortgage... but Karla was a steady hand, advocate, and compassionate ear through it all. I always knew I could call her if I felt things were getting out of hand or confused or just needed to rant. We would highly recommend Karla and the team to anyone looking to purchase a house, and we are looking forward to working with her again to sell our old house soon!
