About Nicole Murray

Nicole grew up in the inland northwest, and even though the upper Idaho panhandle holds a piece of her heart, love brought her to Minnesota. Over the years she has grown a deep appreciation for the Midwest and “Up North” life. After purchasing her first rental property in 2015 she got her real estate license to practice in both MN + WI. Since then she has been all in and is building wealth through real estate.

 

Her real estate expertise includes 2 years of partnering with a custom home builder, 5 years in property management, acquisitions, and leasing, and over 8 years of excelling in residential sales. Nicole is a Historic Certified REALTOR® and is unrelenting in old home education and restoration. The history and stories homes hold are precious - she values honoring them. She is a seeker, a researcher, and an educator, and is committed to being a diligent resource for clients.

 

Before real estate, and for almost a decade Nicole was a high-level concierge traveling in the yachting industry and private golf industry. She’s a University of Minnesota graduate with a BA in business, marketing + merchandising. She studied at two colleges within the UofM, which ignited her talent for interior design and led her to a prior role as a business analyst for Target corporation. The skillsets she has stacked thus far sets her apart and gives her a competitive edge that is unmatched.

 

The throughline you will see with Nicole is she leads heart first with empathy, kindness, and loyalty. She fiercely cares for her people and wants to get to know them on a deeper level. Beyond real estate, Nicole lives a natural lifestyle, advocates to be your own healer, and educates on how to create a holistically healthy body and home. She is an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor, has a mindful practice, and grounds herself in nature. She is an active Alumni and student mentor through UofM’s College of Design. She is an avid reader and always has books of different genres on rotation. She is a more than six seconds hugger, loves her some champagne to celebrate, an iced cold brew to keep her going, is the ultimate host, and is a giver of intentional quality time.
